In speaking with TReND MLS, and some of WolfNet's users, they
offer one of the better solutions for IDX/Reciprocity-enabling your Web site.
Just having IDX (or reciprocity) is pretty much a basic necessity now if
you have a Web site. But it's almost criminally negligent to stop
there ;>) The REAL benefit to having IDX on your site, is giving
visitors the ability to enroll themselves in an "Automatic Listing Update"
