PayPal Errors

 

If you get the following error:

Your payment session has expired. To complete this transaction, you will need to enter your information again.

 

 

Most people have no problem with the button, but SOME do.  It always works when I try it after someone says it won't work ;-)

 

If you are getting the above message after entering the information in a timely manner, it may mean that you don't have cookies turned on in your web browser. To access secure websites, like PayPal.com, your web browser must be configured to accept cookies. For more information about how to enable cookies, see the following:

 

Follow these steps to clear and enable cookies:

 

1. Click on the Start button in the lower left corner of your desktop.

2. Select Settings then Control Panel

3. Click 'Internet Options'

4. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click the 'Settings Button'

and choose 'View Files'

5. Click 'Edit' and select 'Select All'

6. Press the 'Delete' key on the keyboard

7. If prompted to delete cookies, click 'Yes'

8. Click 'OK'

9. Click 'Security' at the top

10. Click 'Trusted Sites' at the bottom

11. Click 'Sites'

12. Enter 'https://www.paypal.com/' in the 'Add this web site to the zone' area.

13. Click 'OK' once.

14. Click 'Privacy' located at the top of the window

15. Click 'Edit' or 'Sites' (which ever appears)

16. In the 'Address of Web site' box, type www.paypal.com and click 'Allow'

17. Click 'OK' to exit all screens and log in to PayPal
